Judging Criteria

All photos that comply with the rules that are submitted by midnight on the 31st August 2016 will be judged. The winning photo will be selected by a voting panel, consisting of members of Aquatec staff. The photos will be shown anonymously to the judges. Entries that are submitted into the contest that contain an Aquatec instrument will receive an additional promotion of a £25 Aquatec voucher, which is restricted to one voucher per person. The voucher will expire on the 31st August 2017. Photos will be judged on the aesthetics and innovation of the image. 

Terms

By entering the competition, entrants give Aquatec permission for photos to appear on Aquatec's website, social media channels and in industry press, and agree for Aquatec to use their name in any press releases or online statements. Entrants must send a valid photo that they have taken by the 31^st August 2016. Aquatec reserves the right to extend the closing date if there are an insufficient number of entries. Entrants must own the rights to their images before submitting them to Aquatec. The prize will be a camera. There will be no cash alternative to the prize offered and prizes are not transferrable. Entrants must be 18 or over to enter. Employees of Aquatec and their families are not eligible. The competition will open at 8.30am on Wednesday 15th June 2016. A winner will be selected by Wednesday 9th September 2016, and will be notified by email. The winner will be announced on Aquatec's social media channels and in industry press. The prize will be sent to the winner between the months of September and October 2016. Entrants may be contacted in the future about Aquatec’s products and services. In the event of a dispute, Aquatec’s decision is final.
